Terms of use
Last updated 16 October 2026
- What it is: Jobadabra helps you find jobs, prepare applications and track them in your Notion. It is provided as is, without warranty; it's in early development.
- You stay in charge: Jobadabra never submits an application for you. You review every answer and press Submit yourself, and you're responsible for what you send.
- Your accounts: you use your own Notion, AI, Telegram, Google and GitHub accounts under their terms, and pay their costs (for example AI usage) if any.
- Free trial and Pro: the AI included in the free trial is there to let you try Jobadabra; it is not a permanent promise and its limits can change. The trial lasts 20 applications or 60 days, whichever lasts longer. Pro (coming soon) is a one-time payment of $29 ($19 at launch), VAT included, not a subscription: it lifts the application limit, works on up to 3 of your computers and includes AI credit.
- AI credit: Pro includes $5 of AI credit, enough for about one average job search, and you can add more with $5, $10 or $20 top-ups. Credit never expires. Using your own Claude or ChatGPT key needs no credit. When credit runs out, our AI stops until you add credit or use your own key.
- Refunds: ask within 14 days for any reason and we refund Pro. Because the app is digital content, your right to withdraw ends once you start using it, and you agree to that when you pay; the 14-day refund stays anyway. Top-ups are refunded for the unused part.
- Always on (hosted): if you use the hosted Always on, we store the data it needs encrypted, you can export or delete it at any time, and it pauses when your trial ends or after a long time of no use.
- Email: we send you service email (your sign-in code, trial reminders, Always on notices and the notifications you chose). Product news and the Pro launch offer are optional marketing; every one has an unsubscribe link that works in one click.
- Fair use: don't use Jobadabra to spam employers or to break job sites' terms. It only uses public job feeds and APIs.
- Your data is yours; see Privacy. You can stop at any time: remove the app's access in Notion and delete the app's data (Settings → Your data).
- Changes: we may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
